- Why does professional cleaning cost more than DIY?
- DIY cleaning with wrong products (bleach, pressure washers) permanently etches stone and removes surface detail. D2 Biological Solution and soft-bristle techniques are the AGSC-recommended standard. Professional cleaning protects the investment you're making in the memorial.
- Do I need to be at the cemetery during the cleaning?
- No. We handle everything. After booking, we'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm the date. We send before & after photos by email when the job is complete.
- What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
- We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the cleaning, we'll return and re-clean at no charge.
- Can you clean all headstone materials?
- Yes. We're experienced with granite, marble, limestone, sandstone, and bronze markers. We adjust our technique based on material type to avoid damage.
- How often should a headstone be cleaned?
- Once a year is a good baseline for most Utah County families. Cemeteries near Utah Lake (Vineyard, Saratoga Springs) may need cleaning every 6–12 months due to humidity and algae growth. The Semi-Annual Plan handles this automatically.
